This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms and accepted methods for orders placed through heartsonfire.cards. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Hearts on Fire does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Currency

All prices displayed on heartsonfire.cards are in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States your bank or payment provider may apply a foreign currency conversion fee. Hearts on Fire is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

When You Are Charged

Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us at hello@heartsonfire.cards.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails at checkout please check that your card details have been entered correctly and that your billing address matches the address registered with your bank. If the issue persists please try an alternative payment method or contact your bank directly. You are also welcome to reach out to us at hello@heartsonfire.cards and we will do our best to assist you.

Pricing

All prices displayed on heartsonfire.cards are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Hearts on Fire reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional pricing or discount codes. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one discount code may be used per order. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
